Critical Building Information Where and When You Need It

Can you quickly locate your facilities warranty documents, owners manuals, life safety plan?

Accessing critical building information when you need it has always been a major challenge for owners and maintenance managers. Preserving that information over time is becoming even more difficult with employee turnover and today's labor shortages.

It has been estimated that, globally, building owners waste billions of dollars annually just searching for and retrieving information needed about their facilities.

USING SHADE, THIS INFORMATION IS IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE ONSITE, IN THE BULDING, OR REMOTELY, WITHIN TWO CLICKS

How it Works

SHADE’s web application allows users to combine floor plans, mixed reality, building and asset management, and facility maintenance into one intelligent tool.

A user can easily create virtual tags, that document important information at a location on a 2D floorplan or at the actual physical location on site. From either of these points reference information can be uploaded.

Once information is in place a future user can access the information by simply touching an icon on the floor plan or viewing the icon in Augmented reality at the actual location, in both instances the same information can be viewed. SHADE will even provide navigation guidance to find a related destination in a building.
